Get free assets (music, images, etc) for your Unity game

Every game developer needs sounds and images for their games. You will need the images for your player / trees/ street/ background etc. You will need sounds for music, sound effects, etc. Here you will find some resources to get these things fast and free.

You could try to create your own music and draw / create your own characters and game items. But it is a lot easier to get them already made for free.

Here is a place you can obtain free music and sound effects for your game.
https://www.freesound.org/

1. Register and log in.

2. Search for type of sound you are looking for ( I searched for "game").

3. Click on Creative Commons 0 on the right ( This way you can use the sounds completely free )

4. Download and save the music or sound effect for your game.

5. Import to Unity.

Here you can get free art and  images for 2d games.
